		<description>I think a strong culture represents an organization that walks the talk, that does what it says it is going to do, and one that follows through on its commitments. It also has high integrity and is a company that people can count on.

A high-performing organization is one that usually beats its peers, that is continually in the lead and usually finds a way to exceed expectations. In the last 9-10 years Apple seems to find a way to lead the pack and be on the development edge.In the 80s Sony seemed to be the one out in front that every one else appeared to measure themselves by.</description>
